Current smart version in Ubuntu Gutsy is old (0.50) and doesn't even start if
I use APT repositories in /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ folder :( - look at the
terminal output:

Btw, smart launcher file (/usr/share/applications/smart.desktop) is also
bad in 0.50 version it should look like synaptic.desktop file (currently
smart only displays error message when trying to launch from gnome,
because it should be run as root, but in desktop file gksu isn't used).
I'm attaching improved smart.desktop (based on synaptic.desktop) to this
bugreport - please include it when you will package new version.
