After upgrading from 17.04 to 17.10 (artful) the tv:// protocol handler
is disabled at compile-time in mpv package (0.26.0-3ubuntu1).

mpv tv://

No protocol handler found to open URL tv://
The protocol is either unsupported, or was disabled at compile-time.
