The 4build1 versioning on libsmi2ldbl is not compatible with the
Conflicts/Replaces versioning on smitools; I'd recommend doing:
sudo apt install libsmi2ldbl
to upgrade to the latest libsmi2ldbl first and then smitools should
install.
0.4.8+dfsg2-4build1 was in 12.04; was this an upgrade from 12.04 or a
fresh install?
