Public bug reported:
On a fresh, plain-vanilla install of xubuntu 16.04.3 (64bit), I cannot
install virtualbox from the default packages. The installation is clean
and less than 30 minutes old. Default kernel provided by the
distribution. Nothing custom built.
The error I get is as follows:
Setting up virtualbox (5.0.18-dfsg-2build1) ...
vboxweb.service is a disabled or a static unit, not starting it.
Job for virtualbox.service failed because the control process exited with error

I've searched the error, but everything I found was related to non-default
kernel builds or similar...
