This is not a bug, the change was done on purpose. What is displayed
here and under /proc/cpuinfo has changed. For Intel processors it simply
displays tsc now.

If you want to observe your current CPU frequencies do this:

cat /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu*/cpufreq/scaling_cur_freq
