Got the same bug in 17.10 on Ubuntu on Xorg. Steps to reproduce: 1. Install Ubuntu 17.10 2. Login to Ubuntu on Xorg session 3. Launch software-properties-gtk from terminal 4. Open "Other Software" tab, click on checkbox near "Canonical partners" 5. Get "ERROR:root:Authentication canceled, changes have not been saved" in terminal
