How reproducible:

Fingerprint-Gui not detecting broadcom  fingerprint device.
The same  device works fine in windows.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. F12-f14 device  not detected
2.

Actual results:
EVen upgrade with f15 repo for  fprint but no result.

Expected results:

Maybe now that Broadcom have joined the Linux Foundation pressure could
be brought to bear to release the specs for this device as it would
presumably bring added security functionality to a whole host of
business laptops.
