there are a set of xhtml files in the source distribution for ccs 7.0
that don't appear in the package
caladmin@ccs:~ ls
ccs-calendarserver-CalendarServer-7.0/calendarserver/webadmin/*.xhtml
config.xhtml landing.xhtml logs.xhtml principals.xhtml
principals_edit.xhtml work.xhtml
without these files, accessing the /admin url results in:
/var/log/caldavd/error.log:2017-10-28 12:09:48-0700 [-] [caldav-2]
IOError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: u'/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-
packages/calendarserver/webadmin/landing.xhtml'
