Step 3 says to sign the downloaded code of conduct text using the command:
gpg --clearsign UbuntuCodeOfConduct-1.0.1.txt
The file that was offered for download in the previous screen was
UbuntuCodeofConduct-1.0.1.txt - note lowercase "of".
