Thanks for reporting.

It was removed from 17.10 because it failed to build, and once it got
fixed in Debian, it looks like it was a bit too late in the release
cycle to sync. Bug 1714497 contains more details. It might be possible
to get a backport from bionic, please see the instructions for
"Requesting a Backport" at
