Public bug reported:
Hi,
if someone installs a fresh copy of Kubuntu, there is a vim-common e.g.
installed, but not the packages 'vim' or 'vim-runtime' itself. This means: you
can execute `vim' but features like syntax-highlighting etc. are not included.
This behavior is neither user-friendly, nor it is logical and should IMHO be
fixed. -> vim && vim-runtime should be included (or vim-common should be
dependent on vim) by default.
Regards,
owl
