Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped: * Revert PIE changes now as ubuntu has the latest dpkg. * Revert PIE changes now as ubuntu has the latest dpkg. * Disable PIE during build for all archs. * Disable PIE during build for all archs. As the changelog mentions, the Ubuntu-only changes were dropped when a newer version of dpkg entered the archive, so this package is effectively delta-less.
