What you expected to happen
When we install prometheus container we expect that it will run.
What happened instead
It is failed with error that cant parse 45 line in
/usr/share/salt-formulas/env/cinder/meta/prometheus.yml
This line contains syntactic error:
openstack_cinder_services{state="up",service="cinder-volume|cinder-scheduler"})
== 0
It should be
(openstack_cinder_services{state="up",service="cinder-volume|cinder-scheduler"})
== 0
