Hi,
this is a Ubuntu 16.04 System.
Which a while ago correctly installed mysql 5.7.18-0ubuntu0.16.04.1

But now apt sources got changed to downgrade to 5.6 5.6.16-1~exp1 which
is from trusty, and even there not the latest but the release version.

This causes:
If are sure you want to downgrade to 5.6, remove the file
/var/lib/mysql/debian-*.flag and try installing again.
dpkg: error processing archive
/var/cache/apt/archives/mysql-server-5.6_5.6.16-1~exp1_amd64.deb (--unpack):
subprocess new pre-installation script returned error exit status 1

And it probably causes many more issues and is an unsupported case.
