Wine Staging might have this solved already. I'm thinking of https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=34978 here.
Besides that this might be the same problem for all of you, but it also might be three separate problems with just the same symptoms. In any way, please test Wine Staging and then report back here. Unfortunately this issue doesn't sound as if we could solve it here.
