Public bug reported:
Error message was that Digikam depended on digikam-private-libs which could not
be installed due to a dependency error.
A package dependency search through Aptitude finally revealed that the problem
was libsane-common.
This package was 1.0.27+git20171029-artful-0. The suggested downgrade to
1.0.27~experimental2ubuntu1 was accepted and the installation of Digikam 5.6
and Showfoto went ahead without further problems.
