Yes i have the same problem with gusty updated. And i thought after feisty, kopete had Network presence detection (with network-manager-kde), isn't it? because now when i start kopete it starts before network-manager-kde i have 2 or 3 notice about in can't conect to my msn account. Maybe it is only in msn accounts...
