I'm using KeePass Password Safe version 2.37 on Ubuntu 16.04.3 LTS
For testing I'm using an ftp server aplication on my movile phone
When I use the windows version (using wine in my Ubuntu computer) this set-up
works without any problem
In summary when I try to open a file using FTP protocol the program is
not able to open the file even if it does exist.
** Affects: keepass2 (Ubuntu)
