Regarding your other questions: 1) The issues have not happened without locking so far. Everything works smoothly when I don't lock (so that's why my workaround is to not lock the screen when I'm only away for short, although it's against company policies...) 2) When docked in the docking station I can see the loading battery icon and "Fully charged" 3,4,5) I have to test this separately again, maybe on the weekend. So far I did not see the issues when the computer was undocked (and no external displays present).
