To replicate: (only confirmed with touchpad: I don't currently have a mouse to
test it)
Position the mouse cursor over the navigation panel on the left hand side of a
nautilus window, and attempt to scroll up or down.
Expected results:
The left panel should scroll up or down as appropriate for the scroll event.
Actual results:
None.
