Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: evolution

Filtering email into personal folders is hit and miss, sometimes it
works but a lot of the time it doesn't restart of whole machine fixes
sometimes, restart of evolution doesn't. The previous version didn't
have this many problems, is this related to fixes in spam filtering or
new feature, reliability of Evolution has gone down.
