When recording to a USB flash drive or other slow storage device, the
system starts to slow down with him, despite the fact that the task can

Высокий Iowait при работе со второстепенными носителями
При записи на флешку, или при работе с другим медленным накопителем, система
начинает тормозить вместе с ним, несмотря на то что задача может быть
второстепенной.
1. Произвожу запись на флешку, происходит подвисание системы из за высокого
iowait
2. Ожидал что процесс записи будет проходить незаметно для системы.
3. Вставляю флешку, произвожу копирование на неё, смотрю iotop
