Not being able to send 280 char tweets is _not_ a heavy but - just use
two tweets as everyone did for years.
JFTR: There will be a version in stretch-backports with 280 char support
soon. I doubt it's important enough for Debian stable/updates but feel
free to ask who ever is responsible. I'd provide a version if you get a
positive answer. The same holds for Ubuntu stable.
