According to the manual of rmadison:
--no-conf, --noconf
don't read the devscripts configuration files
While trying to use it:
rmadison -u debian,ubuntu --no-conf apulse
Unknown option: no-conf
Usage: rmadison [OPTION] PACKAGE[...]

rmadison -u debian,ubuntu --noconf apulse

Unknown option: noconf

Don't know if the manpage should be updated, the rmadison in ubuntu is
out of date or something else?
