Root file syste size is 2.2G vagrant@ubuntu-artful:~$ df -h / Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on /dev/sda1 2.2G 895M 1.3G 42% / 2. Edit /etc/default/grub and modify GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT parameter vagrant@ubuntu-artful:~$ sudo vi /etc/default/grub - Before change GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="console=tty1 console=ttyS0" - After change GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="console=tty1 console=ttyS0 noxsave" 3. Execute update-grub vagrant@ubuntu-artful:~$ sudo update-grub Generating grub configuration file ... Found linux image: /boot/vmlinuz-4.13.0-16-generic Found initrd image: /boot/initrd.img-4.13.0-16-generic done vagrant@ubuntu-artful:~$ 4.
