To add to the above something I forgot to mention: the mouse I normally use is a Logitech M705 wireless. If I start with the mouse turned off and with a simple wired mouse plugged in, the mouse behaves OK. I can then start the M705 wireless mouse and it will work a bit better (i.e. not working full, but some more elements will be clickable). It's really crazy.
