Public bug reported:
Using different versions of Julia with HDF5.jl package causes memory
leaks when reading and writing lots of large files on ubuntu 17.10. No
problems on 16.04. After downgrading to the libhdf5-10 and the old
hdf5-tools of 16.04, but otherwise on a plain 17.10 system, the leak is
gone.
** Affects: jhdf (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
