Public bug reported:
The forward buttons are at the bottom of the install screen and can not been
seen during install.
The only way I found around this was to set all font to 6. Then the screen is
small enough to see the buttons at the bottom of the screen.
Screen would not resize.
Screen would not move up.
No scroll bar.
Resolution would not go high enough.
