Thanks for reporting. 1.0.2-2 has been synced from Debian, and is currently in bionic- proposed. Not quite sure why it hasn't migrated to the release repo, but this seems to indicate some conflict or issue with other packages when introducing the newer version http://people.canonical.com/~ubuntu- archive/proposed-migration/update_output.txt. (Not too familiar with that report, so not 100% sure how to interpret the result. )
