Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: nagios-plugins-basic

After upgrade to nagios-plugins-basic_1.4.5-2ubuntu0.1_i386.deb

check_dhcp fails with error: 'Could not bind socket to interface eth1' (eth1 is
correct configured)
temporary solution:

chmod 4755 check_dhcp

to set SUID root. However, I'm not sure if the problem comes from
another upgrade.

Following packages was also upgraded at the same time:

./libnspr4_2%3a1.firefox2.0.0.8+1nobinonly-0ubuntu1_i386.deb
