Subject: Go to church more often
Technically police only have to answer desk calls meaning community
activated calls... Seems to me they have been stopping any pro active
policing (arresting/citing people based on observed crime/infractions
instead of people calling on others) which isn't illegal.
The crime rate may rise because of this and the mayor/admins folks
will have to turn to/work out a solution with the unions
