ipxe inside a zesty LXD hosted on xenial 16.04.3 LTS, fails to build
from source.
Reproduction steps:
sudo apt-get build-dep ipxe
apt-get source ipxe
cd ipxe-1.0.0+git-20150424.a25a16d/
cd src
make
console output log is attached.
