I can confirm that the bug stays the same with the kernel released today. uname -r: 4.15.0-041500rc2-generic I plugged in a second monitor into the intel HD Graphics 630 and the GUI crashed as described before.
I mayby might had the same problem with 16.04 and Xen 4.9 History of the machine: According to the attached script I set up my machine.
