Hello Thank you for your report. It looks like the reason for the failure to upgrade is that you are holding back packages. Do you remember having set a hold on some software (through synaptic for instance)? If you don't, the cause might be due to a repository installation, since the Software Boutique allows for installation of software from third party repositories. In that case I would recommend removing one by one the software installed through the boutique, to try and identify the one that is causing this.
