Public bug reported:
Did a server install from the Edgy Knot 3 i386 alternative install CD.
Requested Dvorak. After installation, the active keymapping in the
console was QWERTY.
Requesting Dvorak during a text installation of Ubuntu from the Knot 3
i386 alternative CD works -- the keymapping is Dvorak both in Gnome and
in the virtual consoles.
