Public bug reported:
I'm trying to install artful into an existing LUKS-encrypted LVM without
a separate /boot. grub fails to install because GRUB_ENABLE_CRYPTODISK=y
is not set in /etc/default/grub (obviously, but not the bug here).
Unfortunately instead of carrying on without grub (to the cleanup part),
ubiquity crashed :(
