I see this earlier in the installer syslog: Dec 11 08:58:45 debootstrap: tar: skipping unsafe symlink to '/lib /powerpc64le-linux-gnu/ld-2.26.so' in archive, set EXTRACT_UNSAFE_SYMLINKS=1 to extract
(along with another bunch of the same error for different symlinks).
