Public bug reported:
a11y-profile-manager-indicator and unity/gnome-accessibility-profiles
were included by default in Ubuntu 17.04 "Zesty" but were dropped from
17.10 because a11y-profile-manager is "unmaintained". Consider whether
it makes sense for Ubuntu Budgie to drop them now too.
