Hi folks!
Since tar changed the behaviour of --no-recursion, which is positional now and
affects only the following parameters, it has to be placed before --files-from
in the tar command. Currently --no-recursion is ignored and flexbackup (or tar)
recurses for every subdir in the file list.
This affects flexbackup in Ubuntu 16.04+.
