Fixed for me. Tested version: http://de.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu artful-proposed/main amd64 linux-firmware all 1.169.2
It finally stays connected with my bluetooth device. Also there is no freeze when I open the bluetooth settings, nor when I block/unblock via rfkill. Also I did not experience any deadlock yet while shutdown. I will keep that version, until it is official released. If there is any complication I will report back.
