Public bug reported:
After upgrading from zesty to artful using do-release-upgrade, a VM
which previously started no longer does:
root@localhost:~# virsh list --all

error: unsupported configuration: Domain requires KVM, but it is not available.
Check that virtualization is enabled in the host BIOS, and host configuration
is setup to load the kvm modules.

root@localhost:~# dmesg|tail
