Ok, I've found a fix similar to Martin Sander's. In order to get everything working, I installed: mpg321 ubuntu-restricted-extras PulseAudio PulseAudo-esound-compat libasounds2-plugins
I then ran: $ echo 'default_driver=esd' >> ~/.libao and restarted nautilus. I haven't checked if all those packages are necessary though. -- mpg123 and mpg321 won't play audio preview in Nautilus (Gutsy) https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/125739 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
