Public bug reported:
Tried upgrading from 16:10, but would not so downloaded 17:10 iso and
burned to CD. Reformatted partitions and then tried install. Starts
OK, and then stops with message about failed install, can't install
GRUB. Shame it does not complete the rest of the install as GRUB could
be added later. Annoying. Plus why does GRUB not install.
