I tried it and it worked for 1 day, but it just happened again. Maybe this isn't a problem with Ubuntu/Linux after all? I have already checked the physical connection of the drive and as far as I could find out the drive itself is healthy too, so I have no idea what the problem might be... Any more ideas?
