No reverse-dependencies found, seems to have only ever been in unstable
in Debian and is currently FTBFS in Ubuntu. Therefore:
Removing packages from bionic:
libghc-wreq-dev 0.5.0.1-1build3 in bionic s390x
libghc-wreq-prof 0.5.0.1-1build3 in bionic s390x
