Public bug reported:

OS: Ubuntu 17.10
Hardware: Panasonic FZ-M1 mk2

Using Nautilus with a touchscreen, user is unable to perform click &
drag operations to move files and folders. Click & drag works to
"select" multiple files, but they cannot be dragged to new locations.
Likewise, simulating a "right click" is not possible with a touchscreen,
so even when files are selected, no copy and paste operations are
available to move them. Additionally, double-tapping to open a file or
folder is unreliable, and requires an extremely precise second tap in
order to work properly.

** Affects: ubuntu
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
