Public bug reported:
I renamed gnome-orca to orca in Debian. I am letting the package
autosync so that it will make it through Ubuntu's new queue. After that,
we need to copy the remaining gnome-orca Ubuntu diff on to the orca
package.
I am blocking this package in bionic-proposed to prevent a regression
until that is done.
On second thought, I guess this bug is a bit unnecessary since the
'orca' binary package will need to be manually promoted to main anyway.
