Some DVD readers are better than others so the problem might be your
reader
Here some tips you might try:
1) Try to burn a new media.
2) Prefer the archival quality media (they come in individual boxes)
3) Use a newer reader/burner
4) Use the minimal recording speed
5) Check the iso before burn (checksum)
6) Dont shake the computer while recording (vibrations even from keyboard
can mess up the recording process)
