I have an attachment as well, if you can provide information as to how to proceed. Once I received the error, the upgrade crashed. It shows no sign of any out of date packages (even though my non-64 bit system has had a number of packages update since upgrade). I am afraid to reboot it, as I don't want my server to crash, so I'm hoping to try and force it to redo the entire upgrade from scratch, but it says it doesn't need to.
All my known services on the computer the upgrade failed on (webserver, mail server, python, teamspeak, etc) all function normally it seems.
