Public bug reported:
Steps to reproduce:
1. Boot feisty
2. Pop Gutsy "alternate install CD" in drive.
3. Click option to upgrade when window pops up.
4. When asked if you want to download latest updates from internet, say "no".
5. Just prior to starting the upgrade, a window is presented explaining approx.
how many packages need to be *downloaded* from the internet.
The upgrade application actually does the correct thing, and just reads
the packages off the CD, but the message is incorrect and is cause for
confusion.
I think I may have seen this when upgrading to Feisty too...?
Fix: change the window to conditionally state that packages will *not*
be downloaded from the internet if the user selects a pure CD install.
** Affects: ubuntu
Importance: Undecided
Status: New

Gutsy Alternate install CD informs of "package download time" even if user opts
for CD upgrade only.
